Even as the temperature dips in Sherwood Park, progress continues at the Savona site! We’ve talked a lot about the “suite life” you’ll enjoy in the two residential buildings, but we can’t forget to mention our third building: Savona Centre!
Savona Centre will offer three storeys of commercial space. Shopping, services, and amenities, right next door to you!

The commercial building will also have two levels of underground parking, creating 123 parking spots. That’s in addition to the public parking available under the residential buildings—over 300 stalls in all! This will reduce street congestion, even as more attractive amenities come in, and keep our neighbourhood walkable!
