Our early spring has been great for the pace of construction on Savona. We’re advancing to work on the P1 level of the underground parkade. When completed, it will be the largest underground parking structure in Sherwood Park—private, secure, heated in wintertime, and complete with a car wash bay. Talk about convenience!

Craftsmanship and quality are stylishly displayed throughout Savona. Brushed nickel LED two-light wall sconces warmly light the corridors and highlight shaker-style raised panel wainscoting. Upon arriving at your entry door, you and your guests are greeted by your welcoming, 7’ custom Nuovo solid core door with chrome Weiser Halifax handles.
Exclusive to Salvi homes, all custom millwork is treated with our Post-Catalysed Conversion Varnish for a superior finish, creating a product that is designed to last.
Elegant Ensuite
The Exclusive ensuite finishing package, Savona’s standard vanity plan, features an 8’ built-in cabinet, single or double vanity (depending on floor plan), up to 6 Baltic birch soft-close drawers (as per floor plan), full-width wood-wrapped mirror frames, and quartz counters with 4” backsplash and undermount sinks.
Designed for ease of use and visual appeal, these finishings create a restful and luxurious space in which to start your day.
Gorgeous Storage
There will be no shortage of closet space—or style—in your Tuscany suite with this beautiful built-in millwork.
These “his and hers” custom wardrobe cabinets (it’s up to you to decide which is which!) are conveniently situated in the master bedroom on either side of the entrance to your ensuite. The narrower wardrobe has 4 Baltic birch soft-close drawers and pull-down double clothes rods. The wider unit offers 6 drawers, a 1/3 single-rod section, and a 2/3 pull-down double-rod section.
These wardrobe cabinets provide efficient storage space with the quality and elegance you can expect from custom Salvi woodwork.
