Dealing with wholesalers directly forces us to ask the questions we might not otherwise ask as well as gain stability with the sub-trades we have. For example, rather than hiring a drywall company and getting different crews on every job, we hire the trades directly and treat them with respect and integrity, which in turn gives us better quality and control over scheduling.

Our in-house design centre and woodworking facility founded in 1980 includes a full-line automated CNC router, to a totally enclosed pressurized spray booth, for all your custom wood creations…from our craftsman to your family. From imported Italian tile to exotic hardwoods. It is all located in one central location. Our experienced design team can help to execute your vision with convenience.

This gives you the freedom to start building your dream without having to immediately worry about selling your existing home.
All we need to get started is a down payment. After that, we fund the construction of your home, there are no draws due, just the balance upon completion.
